What is your return policy?
Because your sken is delicate, Sken does not do returns. Once you receive your product(s), it is yours to keep.Â
Ex. If Sken sends a extra item or the wrong product, it is yours to keep.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us to make it right on our end
How long is shipping?
Shipping is 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind this is a one person business with no other employees to help. All products are handmade. Shipping can be delayed 1 or 2 extra business days. If shipping is ever delayed for your order, you will receive a email of notice. If shipping is EVER over 7 business days without any communication, please email us to notify us about you order.
Are all products handmade?
All Sken products are handmade. We do not use any wholesale companies to accommodate our products. We use our own idea to come up with the next best product for our customers
Are the products safe for all sken types?
Yes! We make products for every sken type. Are ingredients are organic and cruelty free. All ingredients are safe to use!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only guaranteed within the first 24 hours of your purchase. Once you have purchased your items and it is passed the 24 hour mark, your tracking number is then purchased. So, refunds are not available due to tracking number being paid for after the first 24 hours!
